Yeah still some errors popping up when i send pms and on some thread posts but the pms and posts still seem to go through ok. Possibly there's some database corruption in forum. We'll look into it.

Right, so hitting a reply triggers this all the time?

My guess was that it's trying to email notifications that somebody replied to their post, and failing ?
The "Always notify me of replies" option in profile settings: "Sends an e-mail when someone replies to a topic you have posted in. This can be changed whenever you post."

Yeah, I_AM might be right. It doesn't happen when replying to all threads.
