I have it as paper version. The english part is 26 pages and right now I
don't have time to scan it, but maybe during the weekend...?

It's uploaded at http://www.replacementdocs.com
Upload date is "16 January 2008", and theres a message "Sorry, only Frequent Contributors are allowed to download pending uploads prior to approval."
Presumably it's won't be much longer before it's available for general download.
