Did Rapidshare made a change to FREE USER DL speed ?

hi

i was wondering if anyone else than me also gets very slow speed @ RS
the last 2-3 weeks

cause last time since 2 weeks to be exact.....i dont get more than 50 kb
on every mirror

this is weird since i always downloaded @ max speed or close to.....
do you guys expierence the same ?
