I dont know where is the the problem. I've allready check solution about sound/voices from nolf2 readme file, but they didnt help much.
Game is installed on laptop with pentium dualcore and intel mobile GM965 express chipset.
I didnt have any problems with other games.

Here is some troubleshooting stuff I found at FilePlanet, if all this info is already in the readme, I apoligise
From CD 1, double click on the file named WMFADist.exe, and then follow on-screen instructions. This will manually install the audio codec that is required by the game.
-
From the in-game sound options menu, change the sound quality option from high to low, or vice-versa.
-
From the Nolf2 launcher application, click on the "options" button and then click on the box next to "Disable Sound Filters".
-
From the Nolf2 launcher application, click on the "options" button and then click on the box next to "Disable Hardware Sound".
Please note that since No One Lives Forever uses an MP3 codec for sound, the Nimo codec pack may cause speech and sound to drop out completely. Please uninstall the Nimo codec pack before installing No One Lives Forever 2. If you have already installed the game, please uninstall both the Nimo codec pack and the game, and then reinstall the game only.
Here is what some guy said at the Megagames forum, try at your own risk!
If this patch does not work check the properties of your audio codecs. Open your Sound and Audio Devices in the Control Panel and got to: Hardware -> Audio Codecs -> Properties. Make sure the Fraunhofer IIS MPEG Layer-3 Codec is set to a priority other than 1 (like 10). If not, then remove it and restart. Then open WMFADist.exe on CD1 of NOLF2 and that will reinstall the codec. (This solves about 90% of the problems in the game...).
