Just bought a used graphics card from a guy on ebay, anyone familiar with Nvidia GeForce 7300 GS? Price was right, a little over $20 althogether.

lol its not a card its a disaster , it was meant only for desktop PC in Library's not gaming PCs , the whole Gf7 series is crap like Gf4

Sad thing is, it's 4x better than what I've currently got. So as long as it's not famous for catching fire, or never working at all I'll be okay with it...

Have you tried TimeShift again since upgrading? It should *hopefully* work now

GF 5 aka GfFX was a great card , but yeah some will bitch they where a bumped up Gf3 with faster ram

Both TimeShift and Neverwinter Nights 2 run now

, those were the only ones I had that wouldn't run at all.
