If you are Hosting this from your PC - check your Firewall - it may be blocking incoming traffic to it and if you don't have a firewall up - stick one on NOW

Better don't use frontpage for those things... it's not very compatible to other browsers than IE. Personally I'm using Opera so I know that's true
