Hints needed for Eagle Eye Mysteries

Can anyone help me with Eagle Eye Mysteries and Eagle Eye Mysteries in London? I'm stuck on 2 cases: The Case of the Buried Booty from Eagle Eye Mysteries and The Case of the Professor's Pen Pal from Eagle Eye Mysteries in London. Both are from the 3rd set of cases.
