Yes, it's a pity it went down. I remember the downloads were taken down already some time before that.

Yeah, they first removed the games, then the screeenshots, and finally the whole place went to legend.

when it was alive it was okay but not really that special now that i've pretty much can get all isos here

Hehe, webhosts in those days were much crappier. HOTU was the only place that had huge number of game additions each update, Plus, there were quite a bunch of rarer games that could only be found there. I have to admit that our regular weekly updates is something I'm very proud of, and hopefully it's a great joy to oldgame lovers also.

I sincerely hope you're right.
Although the look of the resurrected HotU leaves much to be desired...

There are two different sites? And they appear to be independent of one another. This may even brew into a minor battle since one site wants to preserve the classic look and feel of HOTU and the other wants to modernize. I wonder which one will work out?
