Search for the nrg2iso or UltraISO programs and convert it. Then load it with Daemon Tools. However there are no audio tracks on this ISO which should be noted on the ISO download button I think.
I've encountered that type of error before, but it's been awhile. UltraISO is a good app for converting image type from one format to another. I'd give that a whirl.
BTW, this should be in the "Games Support" section.
I got that ISO off there, too. Ideed it seems to have some errors in it and those seem to be caused by the compression. All audio tracks are kinda damaged and do not work... if they were not included, the ISO would be like 50-150mb or so.
