5 reasons why I love this forum

Post by level1900 »

Here's a quickie: five reasons why I enjoy browsing these boards. Hope you agree. :P

1. Friendly atmosphere:
Everyone here is nice and cheerful and more than happy to welcome newbies, as opposed to some 'major' forums like Gamespot, where most people are stuck up twats judging people from their posts number.

2. Open to suggestions
Have an idea on how to make things better? There's a board to express yourself and be listened to.

3. No flaming
No one is ever rude or tries to piss off someone else.

4. Helpful community
Looking for a game? Just ask and in the blink of an eye someone will dig it up for you.

5. True gamers
A lot of forums talk about gaming, but this is one of the rare places where you can discuss a really obscure game and find people who'll talk about it!

That's why 3dsl>>>Gamespot :)
Bad games are like bad wine: have patience and they'll make good vinegar

There is a strong friendly atmosphere here, perhaps it's all from the fear of Baraka :D

Part of this reason could be a psychological effect from the "Full Demo" term, turning away trouble kids to look elsewhere for full versions, as well as the year limits keeping the greedy ones from getting this place out of hand.

I would say this is the reason, I was sceptical when I got this place recommended for having rare full games and I saw Full Demo and ISO Demo.
Some people are like slinkies... They're not really good for much but they do bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs.
