after comparing the two versions (the US being the more recent one, including the ability to remap keys, choosing arcade and adventure difficulty levels etc.) I compiled an archive, which includes all changed files (except for two movies (credits and intro) because of the size).
so all of you, who purchased the gog-version or the original UK release, can now enjoy the best version of the game (sound is fully working, unlike the other existing patch http://shadowcat.freehosting.net/roth_patch.html).

The unpacking of roth.7z can't even start (roth.7z.001 has 'unspecified error')

(I'm using 7-Zip 9.20).
Could you please test the archive parts before uploading and reupload them?

Maybe you need to reupload only roth.7z.001.

EDIT: False alarm, sorry!

had to re-upload the patch file, as it was broken. new link: https://www.rapidshare.com/files/397261 ... s_files.7z (you need 7-zip 9.2x to unpack).

is the full game working?

I don't know (don't intend to play it soon), I only tested the split archive you uploaded.
