Its been released for free by Mektek http://www.mektek.net/projects/mw4/index.html . They got permission from Microsoft to release it for free including the Inner Sphere Mech Pack and their own Mekpak.

I know. That is why I only emphasized those 2 from the 5 games. I thought that you might want to add a link to the official free downloads.

The link is there for mektek under MechWarrior 4 Mercenaries. Bigdownload is not an official site just like FileFront isn't either.

Yes. I see the link there for MekTek under Fan-Made Maps. Though the link there says that Our downloads are offline for re-configuration. Please check back soon.
