Site redesign

ok, i made some site redesign scetches and i would like you to check 'em out:

yeah, i left an empty space for the credo or moto in the picture.
on the left i just left it as it is thinking adding more sites like friends [shibby]
etc...

So you maybe add a table or something to let all visitors see that there's planned something

And the last think (for now): The colors gotta be adapted.... I'm sure you was already thinking about this but didn't have the time to do this

Hey....thanks, Freakboy for your work on this.

Sandon wants to keep a similar theme to the old design so a moody darkish design with dark-blue or even dark-green as I was thinking of before is good.

I like the title with the bulletholes.

Maybe you can put a graphic on the header to the right with various classic shooter characters from wolfenstein 3d, doom, quake unreal tournament, etc.

I forget who it was that submitted a site design suggestion before on the old forum (which I just checked and looks to be wiped out

) which I liked too with a pistol design so that the buttons came down the gun grip on the left too.

As for the left column buttons...we need the FAQ, Index, Links buttons so that will reach the bottom of the screen with no problem. Can the button text size be increased so it stands out more?

Just what I thought... more "horror".. darker colors and so on.
The banner with the holes is ideal but doesn't look so very good

But if you want it to be so... why not? ^^ however... the new site looks just great.

Very nice indeed! Let's see what Sandon says....

I could put a different text font or background color on the hmtl pages to blend in better with your design but even now it's pretty suitable as it is.

Heya.. Looks very nice. Pretty good work!
But is there a possibility of making the site resizing for every resolution? On 1280x1024 it looks a little too small.

Anyway I like the redesign!

@freakboy: I like it, go on! But we need also the buttons for index, board, faq etc...
like in my <a href='http://sloboda.i-networx.de/3dslgui.gif' target='_blank'>old/new design</a> (that I like not much anymore)

@ Scaryfun: The older design... Maybe it was Corven, but I'm also not sure

Hello freakboy!

My fault, sorry! I'm most time in hurry and had not read all.

Looks fine! Is it possible to add also a picture of system shock (1 or 2)? I like that games a lot, but it's not a must, because they are not pure shooters. But maybe another old shooter? Has someone suggestions?
