If i Download full Demos, is it illegal? Also in Germany? pls help me!

goddamit... what do you think? of course it is not! and in germany, there it is not illegal, too. or why do you think a download link to "Far Cry ISO" can be found at "www.bundestag.de" ???

kk, because i think if i get a game what i normaly must pay, 4 free it is posibly illegal, but if you say it isnt

For the uploaders, us, it is illegal to distribute them for free on the internet. But for the downloaders it isn't but they say you must have the original if you got a rip or iso. If you got the copies burned it's illegal. Blablabla... We are wrong, your not, get it
