To play any of the TR Level Editor games all you need is a stand alone TRLE engine. This is based on the Tomb Raider 4 engine and is available as a free download. This engine is designed to play user made levels - Many of the games are beter than the original Tomb Raider releases.

Yep I believe TRLE is also included if you have the full TRC RETAIL VERSION.
