1. Install the game
2. Install the US Patch scarface_update_en_1001_1002.
3. Crack the game US 1.0.0.2. from gamecopyworld.
4.Open the downloaded zip and copy d3d9.dll ,libwine.dll and wined3d.dll to the game's installation folder.

Renderware engine works perfectly win 10 64bit ? guess win7 64bit still has this funky colour issue that renderware engine games had ... DX11 could not emulate dx9c calls this engine made
and one more thing this game was never properly cracked (crack is a botched emulator) it slowed down the game from 15 fps to 30 fps ... with a mini image it worked flawlessly , but then you had to edit your registry to make Securom not see your virtual drive my "registry trick" that became too popular on some boards
