well..i think so.
Actually i just checked my email and they all seem to be itch . io download links for each game.
So you might need to be logged in to add the game to your itch . io account/collection.

Apparently if they end up on steam after 'greenlight' you will get a steam code ,prob. in your itch . io account(+email notif.).

EDIT:
Some peeps are saying the offer was pulled as their servers went into meltdown.
And others are saying they don't get a steam code but are given a download link for the game.
Lots did get steam codes so not sure what's going on there.
Maybe E.U. store gives you a DRM free version of the game
I got mine from the N.A store. using U.S details .
