Links for the keygen are posted on the O.P , i haven't posted them as they might be updated by the time anyone reads this.
The retail GTAIV and EFLC works without cracks, just use a mini-image in virtual drive.
Works for other games too.
I think you might need to have steam installed or at the very least have the reg entries for valve/steam for some games.

I've tested it on Bioshock and it works fine.

No idea how to use it for Borderlands: GOTY though. Manual activation went via a license file (not possible anymore as activation server has been disabled).
