Thanks. Unaware of other documentaries. Also learned that PSP games (Revelations, Rival Swords) come with a bunch of exclusive levels not found in other versions. You'll want to get the later Rival Swords (2007?) as the 1st release didn't come with bonus levels - some contain new unused audio dialogue.

04. Right-click find: ACT_

05. Press extract

06. Switch to 'bin analyzer'

07. Click analyze
ex. ACT_Enemy_Pigeon

08. Look for '3D object data' (there may be many)

09. Left-click item. Ctrl+E.

10. Click 'Display' tab

11. If you can't see anything, click Z+ to zoom out. Left-click hold to rotate camera.

12. When done, clear data

13. Select next 3D object (#2). Repeat.

14. Now we have Pigeon model. Clear data when done.

15. Analyze new file - ACT_Farah. Here's some examples.

42003507 = Part of face
42003206 = Bow
42005947 = Most of body

look at message log:
Switching to actor extraction mode!

Be careful with right-click hold - you may have to reset view.

Not related to your crack/mod: is there something you can do about the mouse speed sensitivity in the game? Even when set to 100% you need to move the mouse multiple times over your pad to change the view:

I've been informed that there's apparently another (digital?? regional?) version of POP3.exe out there that's not handled by uncensor mod. If exe comes my way, I'll try giving it a look. Why not. :haha:

Also learned that there is a writer SalFisher47 @ (rin.ru) who has spent time making (many) launchers for this game series (well before I started this project). It can handle widescreen modes, fog fixes and multi-cores.

I'm 40-60 on making another mod update that can handle fog fix (read/edit hardware.ini at pop3.exe startup?). I'll have to get his tool and check exactly how the fix works. If I go ahead with the patch, author will get credit in the readme.


Does anyone else have the multi-core problem? Maybe will read up on this.

Another problem happens at super UHD+ resolutions - menu GUI cuts off. Have no idea if I can fix this one yet.

Grabbed the latest two 4stuff archives for the game. Applied only the NoCD one. Turns out trial was either uncen from the start or some previous experimentation fudged up its whatever state it has been on before reinstall. The results now are that the graphics still screw up as on the video few posts prior. The only thing newer to report is that, as reported, the counter-block and vertical wall-run fatalities teleports every enemy (to get split somewhere else) BUT the dual-sword-dancing masked gurls (best known for hanging on the great lift thing and on hanging gardens). As for horizontal wall-run fatality I have no results since it's like cherry tapping (see the entry on TV-Tropes). With these limited findings I reverted to 8.1 and will hardly ever upgrade again (since this crap laptop most likely won't make it to 10's EOL date) due to unsatisfactory experience, and I'll see what'll happen from here on...

If you use "Full Game Trial Demo Patch for above 2MB (uploaded by Scaryfun)" with T-online.de trial game, do you get the graphical glitches?

I tried it on the GOG version but I didn't notice any difference in sensitivity. Maybe I did something wrong? I copied the files to the install directory. I even changed the setting to 5 without any difference.

I will try it on the DVD version later today.

HashMyFiles reports that upped trial crk by Scaryfun IS RELOADED (both POP3 and amir). Will test it out either way later today...

Sounds like you did it correctly. If you start a new game profile and use video unlocker, that's a quick way to know whether mod is installed.


Some more options?
01. Try SalFisher47 standalone two thrones fixer - this forces uniprocessor mode (fixes speed, timing issues)
02. Try latest anonfiles uncensor mod - (supposed to) force uniprocessor mode
03. Use insanely high values like 100 or 1000 or 10000

Your graphical glitches has sparked some attention into whether any of my work is awful. That wouldn't surprise me though.
01. Is it US cracked nocd causing problems? Or also RLD?
- I don't know of anything left to fix via drm in US nocd (behaves identical to uncracked exe so far)

02. Is it the uncensor mod? Including latest anonfiles one?
- Then mostly everyone should use SalFisher47 standalone fixer with US crack
- For those without problems, mod is preferred if you want to stay with legit binaries

03. Is it both?
- Tosspot. Ballbags. Buggeration. Someone else should recrack, uncensor everything again.

Well then, the results aren't good. As suspected, RELOADED's NoCD is stable on anything (but on my tests, the glitches from the video are exclusive to either my crap laptop or the trial version) though still censored.
Tried yer collector NoDVD (it only works after applying the RLD NoCD first, otherwise on raw c/p it kills itself after entering, even on c/p amir afterwards, the only salvation is a reinstall, thought you should know), works just the same.
As for your NoCD-only crk I salute being able to open POP3 directly and without admin rights, but it bothers me that it resizes itself to 16:9 (on a 4:3 resolution, exclusive to yer crk exe only, feels like cropped fullscreen, when matting TV-films to cinemas lol) and that yer uncen patch does jack squat about it (DEFAULT and ON, how ingenuitive, why isn't there an OFF). As for wall-run and counter splitting issues yes, that is also on yer NoCD exe ONLY!
These were used for testing, might reDL, but afraid it'll be for naught...
EDIT: yes, forgot to mention, yer patch archive did next to nothing. As for the two killing glitching buggers I'm starting to suspect that even the almighty UbiSods were powerless in rectifying it, thus making it censored as a last-ditch move. Which can explain why is there silencing on their forums whenever the subject pops up. Or it's perhaps that, IDK (please check the earliest consoles' releases, if any, for verification on the aforementioned)...
