Operation Matriarchy on Steam

I just purchased Operation Matriarchy on Steam.
I'm trying to figure the best patches to install
I have these two:
devisraad patch:

Wkduffy in his readme.txt mentions this other fan-made patch

The link for this German made patch is dead but there is a couple of files on Moddb(also on gamewatcher) which could be the mod referred to.

Though it doesn't seem to mention anything about textures on moddb.
I think this one on moddb might be an alternative mod and was wondering what to use.

Thanks scaryfun ,i think the one on Moddb uses the original fan patch as a base .
The only prob. is it has German language in some parts of the intro menu i think.
Though it is does mention how to leave most of the German stuff out if you want English .
