You'll get some free XP by collecting badges and checking in every day. You can get in total 4400 XP for free, which isn't enough to get Spelunky (5000 XP). You need to buy games to get more XP to receive those games for free.

There is a possibility though to earn extra free XP automatically if the the community completes the Twitch challenges (300 per challenge) which combined with the aforementioned 4400 XP will be enough for Spelunky.

Even if you have System Shock 2 already in your library you'll get a code if you claim it via the Galaxy client.
