vorob for the temp mirror, it's a perfect basis for the nice up-to-date LW package, with patches and the English localization mod. Although patches might turn out problematic, since the title has been reinventing itself a few times (Extended and Reloaded editions, the latter improves the engine, the models and whatnot), and that patches have been covering something along the line, but judging that the patches themselves sum up in over a gigabyte (as reported someplace), without any knowledge of being cumulative or not (along with reviewing detailed lists of changes), one must do some heavy trial&error...
BTW got pretty confused yet again after some minor regarding the English mod so uh, yeah, good luck in general ppl

I found the patches.

They are no cumulative. Should be installed like:

1. Install game
2. thefall-1.0-zu-1.6.5
3. thefall-1.6.5-zu-1.7
4. thefall-extended-speech
5. thefall-1.9-update
6. thefall-1.10-update

Making a list with the patch titles from within the linked page:
1. Install game
2. Patch 1.6.5.
3. Patch 1.65 -> 1.7
4. Patch 1.8 (inkl. Sprache)
[patches the game to Extended Edition]
5.Patch 1.9 (mit Speechupdate)
6.Patch 1.10 (mit Speechupdate)
[patches the game to Reloaded Edition]
7. And lastly, the (one and only) English translation mod!

It all makes sense now! Huge to you mate for digging that out (removed the space-saving part as suggested)!
EDIT: Refrained from posting the mod until confirming it works with the Reloaded Edition (1.10), grab the thing before SendSpace 404s it

Also i think that english mod is for the latest version of game. Since it was done in 2007.

Does one of the patches do away with the need for a crack? If so I'll remove the crack folder from the first disc image and rebuild it. And then write instructions with proper install procedures to be included with the game and patches.

It may be best to remove that link until such time as the starforce thread can be vetted for anything that might prevent it from being relocated somewhere more public on the forum. I glanced through the starforce thread and while nothing jumped out at me, it wasn't a thorough search.
