Almost a newcomer

Hi, I just registered on the forum but I know your site for years, more as a source of information rather than downloading games. I'm fond of shooter and adventure games in all their genres. It's great to discover games, add-ons or mods that I never heard about before.
I like drm-free games because I'm a bit scared by drms, which are more and more intrusive in a PC and can create issues on hardware.
So, I highly appreciate GOG versions of games uploaded here, even more when they come with their goodies. It's also a mean to test if they run well on my computer before to buy them on sale or to play games which are not available digitally anymore (like Second Sight).
