Messing around in korean markets today and my attention casually was triggered by this because of big hand drawn old style vga sprites, so I searched for 협객영웅전 3 and I came to solution that this game is probably chinese or taiwanese to begin with, part of a series called 俠客英雄傳. I saw some youtube videos and I was blown away: not the usual crappy prerendered shit but nice vga graphics, cool soundtrack, a plethora of animations and sound effects/voices during rpg battles, weird but cool as the same time Pokemon-esque camera angle during fights.
Goddamn, stupid asians! Some games like this scream for an english localization.
