Elite Heli Squad black screen

Elite Heli Squad http://www.legendsworld.net/shooter/game/9181 throws black screen after loading a mission. I tried Win7 32bit and Win10 64bit. Trying compatibility setting in exe properties has no effect. Anyone has any ideas how to fix it?
Maybe someone have had same problems with other Team6 games and has solved it?

I've tried Elite.Helisquad- RELOADED (upped here) and "US release English only, game version 1.1" from https://www.myabandonware.com/game/elite-heli-squad-q6k

Of course this engine craps itself out on anything after XP - wouldn't expect anything less from Team6 shovelware (company name alone would count as an answer enough to the quote) Hadda use "-F" parameter (windowed mode) in the shortcut to even get stuck in that very spot - and it certainly seems to be crapping itself out changing resolutions before gameplay proper (Alpha Zylon suffers from that, but Pizza Dude and Manhattan Chase and later don't; not even the engine's coders were bloody reliable) Me suggestions would be to play this mess either through a VM, or a wrapper such as dgVoodoo or DxWnd - OR get in contact with users DVark09 and/or Piotrunio, as they hadda battle this engine way moar to speedrun said atrocities

Oh I know very well the quality standards on Team6. For years I've been amazed how they have survived! Another similar Netherland's studio Davilex Games wasn't so lucky.
But thanks for suggestions! I have actually both dgVoodoo or DxWnd installed. The later needs more learning though.
