What does one have to do to become a...Moderator?

Being Moderator is given to Super Members who have been around awhile and contributed a lot, so they can be trusted to oversee other members in the forum. Administrator is the owner of the site, currently me. If I am no longer able to run site then I'll pass it off to someone else.

Is the "Multiplayer Games" section meant for asking people to play multiplayer games with you (or play with them), cuz I am tired of playing many games, especially minecraft, alone, and I have a cracked minecraft, so I can't join realms or vanilla servers, and (to be honest) the cracked servers suck.

That's indeed what it was intended for, to bring 3DSL members together in online games, however you can see it's rather... dormant. 36 topics in 15 years
I'm not fond of Hypixel-type servers and never go there, however I do host some very small MC creative mode games from time to time with two friends. Large biomes, WorldEdit and whatnot. If it's your thing.

So you can keep track of people you like and don't like on the forum and whether they're online. The forum came set up that way. I personally have never used it.
