I have a hunch there is a missing chunk to this multipart archive #6398
the one assumed to be ending in .rar, the four .r0* files are there
wouldn't open and no hashes so guts say...
wait...
not like voodoo chicken guts...

they say:
bug hunt dlc (disk2) is good to go, same packaging, 5part, must be missing one.
