I have problems installing Th3 Plan, since one part of the setup has decompressing audio files.
I've downloaded two copies of Th3 Plan before, but still have the same problems, and it has to do with oggdec.
The game installed fine before.

works fine ... did you tried to run the setup with Admin Rights ?

and by "works fine" i mean , it was tested on winxp , win7 and win10 machines ... all three could install this game ... but on win7 and win10 you had to play with the added crack since those OS disabled the Starforce DRM drivers

or if you really want to play this ... you can also try the PS2 version ... it works fine on the PS2 emu

It's been a year, and I finally resolved it, it installed well. I think it has to do with the codecs, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Also this game has StarForce protection that it crashes win7 on startup.
