On the page:
http://www.legendsworld.net/shooter/game/1136
if you click "included in Duke Nukem 3D HRP 5.3 Fan-Made Compilation 871MB (uploaded by 3Spot)" then on the next page, when you click "1" you download a file that's only 4.5 MB in size, which is much too small a size for what it should contain.
And similarly, on the page:
http://www.legendsworld.net/shooter/game/1849
if you click on on "Quake II: Better Than Ultimate Edition (includes Q2, Juggernaut, Ground Zero, Reckoning, Zaero, Tournament, and CTF with gladiator bots) ~392MB (uploaded by 3Spot)", then when you click on "1" to download, then you get another 4.5-ish MB file, which again seems much too small to be the legitimate download.
I haven't run either of these files, in case they are malware (better safe than sorry), so apologies if these are the right files.

3Spot, the uploader, uses an exe that downloads and hides the url of the file. There is no harm in them but that's why the initial exe is so small.
