Used this and give it like 8 threads.
Game crashes on just 1 and above 12.
For people running older consumer intel CPUs this fix shouldnt be needed.
Possible performance improvement
Game downloadI had some perceived performance increase by using this wrapper in DX10 mode

Force Dx9 mode ExeCommandLine=-dx9 Try it both with and without the wrapper, as what works best on your system may vary. I personally got graphical issues when using the wrapper and setting the ingame settings to anything higher than low for anything except the textures.
With the original scene release the game would crash on level load, even with the updates installed. I have already posted this in the game support section, but I feel my post went above the purpose of that section. Want to see if others have any luck with running the game before an official upload to legends world. Sorry for all the edits, I just couldnt be so close to a solution and yet so far away.
