trouble while installing Grover's Travels

I clicked on install but I got an error saying "An error occurred while launching setup (0x80040702)"

How do I deal with the errors?

More information is needed. Such as what operating system are you trying to install on, what install method does it use (installshield etc). I can't think of any more right now, but I hope you get my point. Just searching for the error and title of the game does not yield any useful results.

I'm trying to install the game on my windows XP laptop, installshield is the install method.

I haven't checked this one in depth, but it appears A1) there are double files on the disc causing copy errors [corruption ? ToCheck] 2) this error message usually appears due to a missing DLL.
Trying in a Win95 VM.

BTW; Have you gotten your problem with Harry Potter solved ? If yes you should mark it as solved (by clicking the green icon next to Edit/Delete in your post).

You can only mark you own thread as solved (and do so in the Broken Downloads and requests sections), so I did that since the original poster seems to be inactive.
