Any old accounts with 15GB limit have also increased to 20GB so you can use the extra 5GB available now.

I depends on when you created your account, some accounts also got downgraded if they didnt generate enough revenue

Yes, older accounts were 50GB. Think it was in 2017 that they changed to only 15GB unless you jumped through hoops to get more like installing their desktop app, referred a friend, etc.

Even then those benefits that accrued from the hoops they had you jump through were time limited.
