I suspect it's not genuine dump: most probably made from a copy or rebuilt cd mixed mode. Wrong toc maybe. However it's the best available for now.

FINALLY...

The japanese dump seems 100% good, at least to my severe standards

It's marked as Ultra2000 re-release *but* the disc content is most probably identical to the first japanese release.

They were definitely down today and back online now, maybe some temp. server problem. Yeah, you need an account, for the re-dump ones at least.
