Necrobump.
The Vietnamese developer released 7554 for free.

Not sure if it is the English version or not. Maybe someone wants to confirm that.
They are making a new game now. https://x30.hikergames.com/en-US

Re: First shooter from Vietnam - 7554
Sadly the game got cancelled
Dear friends who have been following and supporting the project 300475 all this time!
It is a pity that Hiker Games once again had to put aside the dream of telling the stories of Vietnamese people with games.
To be honest, even though we knew in advance that the chances of success of crowdfunding were extremely low, so low that it could be called impossible, we kept in us hope. So the truth is that we're sad to have to say goodbye. But it's still just a fleeting sadness.
Over the past year, Hiker Games has gained moments of reliving the emotions we had when we made the 7554. It can be said that we have been "reliving our own heroic memories", albeit more or less. Having that, we have to thank you.
The studio will immediately proceed to return the donations to all supporters. If only the apology is filed in advance, the refund will take about a few days to make. In cases where the studio makes a refund through VTC Pay's payment system, the money to your account will have a delay of about 1 week. I hope you understand and wait patiently.
The studio may also have negligence, mishandling, if you do not receive the money after about 10 days, please report back to the studio to check immediately and handle.
Once again, thank you very much for your support!

Re: First shooter from Vietnam - 7554
Thanks for the info. Sadly, even though gaming sales have gone up initially during pandemic, I have a feeling that inflation and other things are leaving people with less money to fund games.
