Dell Inspiron 15 5510
CPU: Intel Core i5-11320H @ 3.20 GHz 2.50 GHz
GPU: Intel Iris Xe (96 EU's, DX12.1, OpenGL 4.6, OpenCL 3.0, Vulkan 1.2)
RAM: DDR4-3200 16 GB (15.7 GB Usable)
OS: Windows 11 Home x64
Storage: 256 GB NVMe SSD
So I got the elamigos release, which requires 400 GB storage space, so I installed it on my external harddrive, lauched the game, maxed out the graphics, set shadow quality to low, and lowered the resolution to 800x450 and played the game, and this is what it looked like:

image map mobile
When I moved around it would be extremely blurry and the ground would stay put on the screen, the upper half of the screen would move.
I tried setting all graphics settings to low, increasing resolution, but nothing worked, the same hazy, glaring, blurry, weird graphical mess. The blurriness is hard to explain, it is like horrible temporal antialiasing. When I move, the lower part of the screen would be frozen, while the upper part would be blurry, like the trees would overlap other trees that I would move to and then slowly disappear/fade while the trees that are in front of me are fading in. And sometimes, it is the entire screen that is like that, not just half.
Is this a driver issue, because I saw someone play this game on Intel Iris Xe on youtube and it ran quite well. If anyone encountered this issue or knows how to fix this please help,
