Securom 4.77. Good news is hacker can run it from archive iso (no original ccd / bin needed), so there's some chance she can strip it off like the other Securom 4.x Disney games.

We did find a scene crack but it still has the Securom 4.54 in it (antivirus trigger). It's very likely good but she's running her own independent dumping tests instead of "stealing" the data, to avoid any hacker drama even with the anonymity.

(will post later when she sends the link) == Oh. It will be for the US version, as UK version is not the same exe so she wants to avoid region cheating.


We also discussed how Peter Pan and Atlantis scene cracks have Securom 4 in them. She'll think about it since couldn't get them to dump, maybe use me to try and get the data.

Also remember seeing a ... I think it was a Disney Rolie Polie that had a Securom 4 crack which again still has the protection disabled in there.


I think there were 2 modern Disney Princess ones that are Securom 7 protected and that is above her league. One has a Rld crack which triggers antivirus (they added their own drm to protect against hackers stealing their work). The other .. I think has an Alcohol image but I don't remember a seeing an actual crack.


I did ask her about Little Robots but no working copy has surfaced anywhere. She doesn't understand how the Securom 4 CD sectors work to spoof it (yet anyway). We're comparing notes on the previous S4 teardowns and looking for any exploits.

Disney Trivia Challenge is copy protected too (though i have seen a crack file on one image of the game)

Disney picks some odd targets to add Securom (and sure spent a lot of money!). 4.54 again so yay. And surprisingly doesn't require a bin or ccd either. Will keep you posted when / if crack goes live.


Side-note: Extremely Goofy US "scene" crack is tampered with which my hacker objects to, maybe they added no-cd on top but she prefers pure clean if possible. Trivia scene crack has Securom embedded in it which her PC erupts like a volcano about.

I'm guessing FLT is Fairlight. Which has the original Securom exe and the scene crack.

Interestingly, your iso copy of Trivia has the same FLT scene crack baked into the cdrom. Which annoyingly triggers the wrong disc message if used with the original exe.

This might take her awhile to break as she doesn't 100% trust scene cracks anymore after finding the "hidden" Goofy Skating extra modifications.

No working copy found that runs with Securom itself. There's one here by Molitor but it's 404 - maybe it's the FLTDLC or original genuine.

It's possible that the DISNEYTRIVIA one is a rebuilt iso or a later official re-release that used a scene crack (Ubisoft does this). Either way it has that bothersome crypto layers still in there. Maybe she's willing to strip it out first from scene and then later try breaking the crypto with(out) a working cd image.
