Rapidshare has changed yet again...

Wait times between files is down to 10 seconds per file, free download speed is up to about 650kbs now, don't know what the limit is, but I haven't hit it yet and I've done 3 files for around 800MBs in a row.

Megaupload and 4share have become so popular right now rapid are losing the hosting fight so they... kinda loosen down they rules for the summer to attract people to use them again

I couldn't believe this until I tried it.
Download speed was never an issue with RS for me, but short waiting and no need to restart the router between downloads flabbergasted me. :shock:

i just downloaded 15 gigs from them to test ... something and yeah :lol: only 10 sec waiting time , no limits ... WOW

That makes downloading from R$ a bit more interesting for free users. Let's see how long it will last.

Over the years RS became more and more restrictive so I don't download from it anymore.
Nowadays these axxholes require "a modern browser" because Opera doesn't seem to send an appropriate UserAgent string - even with UA-spoofing. Furthermore RS appears to require Flash and/or ActiveX which I don't want to install because of its vulnerability to viruses.

Talking about downloading stuff... Does anyone have any working links to download BioShock 1?
I haven't been able to find any (reliable) link.

It seems they have removed the 30 kB/s speed limit. The downloads are very fast again.

Ah good, I noticed last time i grabbed something off it that it was speedier. Didn't know if that was temporary.
