Has anyone tried DataDivvy?

Post by Sikk »

After the dissolution of MegaUpload, I started looking for new a file sharing site to upload some games on. Today, I came across a website called DataDivvy, their URL being http://www.datadivvy.com/. All I want to know is, has anyone tried this site? If so, is it a viable MegaUpload alternative? Could someone test this service? If not, I will in a day or so and post my opinion.

I've tested it with a 40 MB file.

Waiting time: 60 seconds, no CAPTCHA. Downloaded the file twice, no extra waiting time (only the 60 sec.).
Download speed: average 1800 kB/s (the site says 250 kB for free users).
You get a delete link after uploading the file.

According to their FAQ, the files are kept for 120 days without download.

DataDivvy is not supported yet by JDownloader, FreeRapid or Mipony.

For me the best OCH is MEDIAFIRE.COM. No forced delays, no limited number of download streams and resume support. Then 4shared.com follows it with its 10 min's delay and unlimited download streams.
As far as I know there is another one without much hassle: bayfiles.com

I don't see any 10 min. delay on 4shared, only 20 sec.
