Request: does anyone know programs' time counter for Win?

As you know, Steam counts how much time you have spent in game - if Steam is online.
Does anyone know a good app for Windows which would do the same for all kinds of programs? Mostly I'd like to see how much time I spend in games, but all kind of statistics would be good to know (so it would be nice if this app would also keep history and let export logs).
