Part 8 is missing. Also shouldn't Bimmer: Torn Towers (slang for BMW, the series' main plot point ), or Bumer (to make it convenient that the two relate), be more appropriate of a name?

That part is fixed, I'll change the anglicized title to Bumer: Torn Towers then...I had no idea what it was referring to, thanks for the explanation.

It works on Windows 10, unfortunately it crash a lot, i'm not sure why, it is pretty random.

I have no idea what is the game about. The first stage is just a race with another car that crash into any traffic incoming he can find (pretty easy), in the second stage you have to go from point A to point B with laughing boys shooting everybody in the road and random signals appearing sometimes. I guess its a strange scoring system but i'm not sure.

Any translation or any advice? Controls maybe? I use arrows for driving and CTRL to break but other buttons show russian popups on screen.

The game is based on the first movie of the cult franchise, Bumer/Bimmer/Boomer/IDK. You should easily find the EN subbed flick (just like Brat/Brother and Antikiller, another two film franchises with PC adaptations). Apart from that I hardly have any other advice to provide (I'm of KEBAB REMOVERS people, thus I can partly understand Putin lingo )...
TRIVIA: the film also has its own official parody dub, called AntiBumer, made by Goblin...
