J.B. Harold: Blue Chicago Blues Question

The information for this game says that they are Japanese isos. I wondered if there was an option to switch to English though? The reason why I ask is that there is another J.B. Harold game (J.B. Harold: Manhattan Requiem) where it says "However it does not seem to have the option to switch to English." That made me wonder if the Blue Chicago Blues game did.

I do not know, but I know it's a great game. Unique design. More to entertainment than to play, but the interaction is and fun too.
