Its initial (presumably retail-only) releases were very limited, and it presumably reflected on its exposure as well, not helping that it's not just an MP-only FPS, but a CoD-clone that, as linked above, sucked! And also judging by the publisher, it has probably been using a tough DRM scheme that made sceners back off from making effort for a rls, combined with factors mentioned above. So yeah, good luck on this one
