beast wars:transformers can't run

i installed the game in win7 x64 and than i do compatibility mode and it runs and a sound come and stay looping like hard rock music

Yeah , what he said.
Get dgvoodoo , its a 3dfx wrapper that can also Emulate Dx7\8\9 3D api calls ... it will help you run this game
