There is a tool called Gmail Drive or something like that. its function: transform your Gmail accounts in web space. Check this out. Maybe it could be used to store some demos  .

Biggest problem with using Email inboxes for sharing is that downloaders have access to delete the files too. That's not good. ;)

Yeah that's the biggest problem with inboxes...maybe if they added a feat where the inbox owner set the attribute to read only :)

Errm.. if you encrypt your passwords with p2m, users will only be able to access the boxes using p2m. And in p2m functions like delete or even view/chance options are disabled.

Give it a try if you don't believe me, I think i'm quite experienced with p2m :D

filefront.com recently started allowing users to upload their own files. http://freespace.filefront.com/1 maybe use this to upload games as one .rar file so we don't have to mess with YBC and multiple .rar files?

I like volume archives actually...what if the download gets screwed in the middle of your big rar file...you have no option but to get it all over again whereas with volume archives you only get the one you need :)...Play safe i say :)

So far Walla mail and Hriders haven't even tried to block my uploads.
PS - Hriders advertises that you can use your email space for storage and gives you a terabyte of it too!

Well, even if you split the rar files, I have to believe that downloads from filefront have to be faster than the 4-5KB/s I get from YBC.
