I tried to run it (with the AlcoholDVD ISO) but it has an error message about it having a problem with the registry and quitting.

Normally (Like in the Sam & Max games), I would replace the executables with the ones on the Dox folder, but since there are no exes on there, I don't know what to do.

I'll try that one later. The problem that I'm having might be with Windows 7. I don't know what will happen if I run the same ISO under XP (the OS where I played other Telltale games).

The AlcoholClone version is dependent on drive and copy protection emulation to work, which means that the image needs to be mounted with the appropriate software (A52% or DT Pro) or there will be issues related to the copy protection. The registry error you mentioned might be one. You could try the GOG version as suggested by hfric since it should be DRM-free and also improved to work on newer systems. Or you might want to try the DVD ISO (the other one uploaded by Egon68) which is a scene release and contains a cracked executable.
