I read this game had English text.
Is there a patch (or setting) around ?

Developers gave out a (pre-release) full version to reviewers, and it seems that's the only way the English release was ever (officially) distributed - unless there happen to be any traces of the prior (which I'm unable to verify due to the unknown archive format the developers used for it) left in the only release there publicly was (the Russian one)

Read this again once more, slowly this time - 'tis VERY unlikely for such unknown titles to have their review copies leaked, if any of them do still exist, and/or are still posessed by anyone and/or aren't destroyed instead
