On 64-bit operating systems "NET Framework 2.0" must
be manually activated by the command in CMD: "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\Ldr64.exe setwow"
You will also need a check mark on windows-XP compatibility mode in the "properties" of the game launch shortcut (or EXE file).
