As stated in the news section, we are allowing 2003 games to be uploaded now as they are within our older than 3-year rule. We will limit them to about 6 per month so as to spread them over the whole coming year.
We will also be putting a notification of [FIXED] or [WORKING] in the title of posts in the Broken Downloads section as appropriate so it's easier to look at a glance for those waiting for resolution and for the uploaders to know which still need fixing.
