Problems running Armagon and Dissolution

I have Quake and the two official expansion packs installed on my system.
Quake runs fine from the quake.exe file, but neither Armagon and Dissolution can be run from the .bat files. Is there any possible way to make them work?

add respectively to shortcuts:

-game hipnotic -hipnotic

or

-game rogue -rogue

to start
