setup doesn't working on Win NT/2k

Hello,I have downloaded the Quake 2 Total Conversion: Juggernaut - The New Story For Quake 2.
includes quake 2 uploaded by scaryfun

I have this iso burned with nero
When installing underwin xp home edtion it gives me error like 'setup.exe: dispatcher initialisation error 11'

i dont no what this means
what can i do?
i have choose compatibility tab and then choose win98-me but nothing happens no error but i see nothing.
How must i play this?

you don't need to install anything, just extract the neccessary files from the image and play. And about this error, yah, it's ok, works only on 9x.

P.S. Change the thread header to "setup doesn't working on Win NT/2k' otherwise it looks like you don't recommend to grab this fully working and insainly rare image.

Ok i see only a install folder
i copy this folder to my c drive.
but i see no shortcut to start this game only juggerq2.exe
and this start up the orginal game not juggernaut.
very userfriendly
can nobody fixt this to work on xp systems?
i have no win 98.

you're saying juggerq2.exe just starts Q2?

1. Open Install folder and extract all its contents to Quake 2 folder.



2. Create shortcut to this executable, open it's properties and add this:

Target "C:\Games\Quake 2\juggerq2.exe -game jug"

Start In "C:\Games\Quake 2"

P.S. When you install the game normally via installer, it creates a proper shortcut automatically at the end of rhe installation.
